A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I started my own fitness journey at the age of 16 when I became tired of always being the skinniest guy in my class. I finally joined a gym and working out quickly became my passion. As I grew in my own fitness journey, I started to realize how much fulfillment I gained from helping others with their own fitness journey. From that point on I knew this would be my career.
I was certified in June 2018 and have spent every working moment since helping my clients hit their goals. After a solid three years of working as an employed personal trainer at a big name gym, I decided I wanted to take my business to the next level so I could best serve my clients. In 2021 I took the plunge and founded Texas Iron Personal Training.
Nothing makes me more proud than when I see a client finally feeling confident in their body and in their practice! Meet my "celebrity" co-trainer below...
NASM: Certified Personal Trainer
NASM: Corrective Exercise Specialist

Hi! My name is Josh Nitzberg.
Named employee of the month for over 14 consecutive months, Tucker is the ultimate workout buddy. He may quietly watch from his corner dog bed office, but deep in his heart he is cheering you on continuously.
Known as the mascot of Texas Iron PT, Tucker is the best 4 year old chocolate lab mix around. He will greet you with his very own dumbbell chew toy and will gladly take as many pets as you will give him.
If you're not so comfortable around dogs, no worries, just let me know. Tucker sometimes needs a break from his duties anyways after working so hard to support the clients!
