DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND/OR A DIET PLAN INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAMMING?

II provide nutrition coaching to help all of my clients reach their goals. This comes in the form of setting up calorie intake, macronutrient intake, learning how to measure food correctly, and education on everything nutrition so YOU can make the best choices in your every day life. 

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PERSONAL TRAINERS?

My speciality is in corrective exercise. That means I am able to give much more specific and detailed corrections as you are doing your exercises that will maximize your movements. You will likely find yourself thinking that things you thought you knew... are suddenly much more challenging. But that GOOD! It means you're learning and growing!

IS THE APP YOU USE FOR PROGRAMMING FREE?

My training app is included for current online/in-person clients to better your experience and accountability to your program. 

WHAT DAYS AND HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR SESSIONS? 

I train Monday-Thursday, and Saturday typically anywhere between 9AM and 8PM. 

DO YOU TRAIN COUPLES OR 2 PEOPLE AT ONCE? 

Yes! I do this for many clients as its convenient for them and helps them stay accountable too. Some duos choose to do a 1.5 hour session instead of the typical 1 hour so that they both can still get a lot of detailed attention, but we can still get a lot of great work in with 2 people in an hour - it's up to you! 

DO YOU TRAIN TEENS?

Yes. If you have a teen who is interested in powerlifting, needs additional training for sports, or just wants to get into the gym but isn't sure where to start, I can certainly help. I started my own journey as a teen and I can certainly empathize.
